Helping Palm Beach County Students See Their Potential

The Socialite Vision Beyond 20/20 Program was created by Dr. Adam Ramsey and Socialite Vision in Palm Beach Gardens to help eligible middle and high school students access important vision services.

Clear vision can play an important role in a student's ability to read, learn, use digital devices, participate in classroom activities, and perform confidently at school. Through the Beyond 20/20 Program, Socialite Vision is committed to helping reduce vision-related barriers for students in our local Palm Beach County community.

Who Is Eligible for the Beyond 20/20 Program?

To qualify for the Socialite Vision Beyond 20/20 Program, an applicant must meet all three of the following requirements:

Be referred by a current Socialite Vision patient who has visited the practice within the past three years.
Be a current middle or high school student.
Not currently have vision insurance.

If the student meets all three eligibility requirements, please complete the application form below. The Socialite Vision team will review the information provided and follow up regarding next steps.
